• Access to computer systems beneficial
• Full day consultation runs from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (includes one hour lunch and two fifteen minute breaks)
• Half day consultation runs from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (includes one fifteen minute break)
• Evenings or Saturdays also available

We offer three types of consultation services:

Beyond the Basics
Covers hardware and software elements such as init programs, optimizing hard drives, using screen, printer, and truetype fonts and how to use font suitcases, system upgrades, Norton utilities, file organization.

Networking
Covers backup solutions, archiving of projects, etc.

World Wide Web
Everything you always wanted to know about the World Wide Web such as getting started, deciding on what software/hardware investments you should make based on your particular needs, or just planning for future growth opportunities.

Cancellation Policy
Prior to seven days - 100% refund
Less than seven days - 50% refund
Day of site visit - 0% refund

Fees
Full day consultation $1,400.00
Half day consultation $700.00
